2023
Ellerian joined Novylen in December, 2023 on the account, JayWrynn, later being renamed, JayTale. Their first house was a small shack in the town, Woodslab. After being contacted by Boovler, they would create a house in Beta Town. With the help of Char_Custom, they would go on a search for 0spawn, which was only rumored by the playerbase to exist. They would discover 0spawn on December 27th, 2023 and make a post on the Discord.
Beta Town
Ellerian would build a house in the mountainside of Beta Town, decorating the house to fit the town's beta aesthetic. On top of the house, they would build a recreation of their first house from the Pocket Edition of Minecraft in 2011. They would start construction on a boat in a nearby lake, however this build would never be completed.
2024
In January of 2024, Ellerian (still using the JayTale account) would create an extension of Beta Town, known as Beta Avenue. This would be a small beta-themed town with a few houses, shops, and a large wool farm. Within the same month, they would start uploading to a YouTube channel, where they would tour popular Novylen locations, such as [Olympus] and Empire Rose. Through this channel, they would get in contact with YouTuber, Saplow.
On January 12th, 2024, Ellerian would contact Saplow about a video idea, where Saplow returns to Novylen after two years and tours newer locations. The stream would air on February 5th, 2024.
On January 29th, 2024, Ellerian would build a rail station near Beta Avenue. This rail station and the town surrounding it would become known as Northside. In March of 2024, Ellerian would build Pre-Classic Town, a town themed after the early classic versions of Minecraft.
YouTube
On May 13th, 2024, Ellerian would create a new YouTube channel and join the server on the 'Ellerian' account. On this account, they would livestream and upload a let's play series, where they built a small shack in the mountains, only eventually move closer to 14spawn, where they built a larger base. In October of 2024, they would upload a video titled 'The History of Minecraft's Oldest Server' where they explained the early history of Novylen and the aftermath of TheMisterEpic's video. This video would be shared among the Novylen playerbase. They would follow this video up with a video of them touring the 1spawn area, which would gain a thousand views. This channel would eventually be deleted after long inactivity, but on October 8th, 2025, the history video would be reuploaded to a new channel named, "CaptainCatter Gaming," where it would outperform the old channel in viewership.
Nostopia
In December of 2024, Beta Avenue would be renovated into Nostopia. This new town would feature a large castle, which is still being built to this day. Other areas that would be renovated would be Pre-Classic town, where a castle and pixel-art would be built.
2025
When 15spawn first opened, Ellerian built a barn on the edge of the mountain, as well as a Four Corners mini-game on the outskirts of the spawn.
