Prioritized todo:

• wait for SSD to arrive (probably 2021-12-14?), bring to server (by Friday I hope), re-silver RAID mirror, then offline second failed SSD and RMA.
• order new RAM (remember to get form factor when cracking open machine)
• move minecraft VM to node3
• move minecraft-smp to new VM hosted on node4, configure bungee to point at that
• make the server map pull live minecraft-smp VM data, then render map
• move to 1.18 (all prep tasks completed, ready to go, waiting on above & for Paper to update)
• install and test https://www.spigotmc.org/resources/wuufus-waygates-1-13-1-18.80094/
• allow new players
  • lottery?
  • Spectator/unicorn rank?
  • Could turn off world modification and allow unicorns to /warp.
  • Daily noob hour- kick everyone out and let 20 unicorns in to run wild for an hour
• discuss donator accounts - how do we stop donators from becoming the entire server? Does it really matter?
