The server's administrators and moderators. Please direct any questions to server moderators before bothering anybody more senior. If no staff are online, create a /ticket in game. The process is described at Commands. Moderators are in charge of enforcing the server's Rules, rolling back griefing, and creating protected regions. Stewards are responsible for taking care of one or more of the server's maps, and have access to /give, /gamemode and WorldEdit, among other commands. Administrators have console access (op/operator).

Ranks are as follows:
- Administrator - Red or Yellow Name - As described above.
- Steward - Cyan Name in SMP, Red in sideworlds (none atm) - As described above.
- Moderator - Cyan Name - As described above.
- Perma - Dark Blue Name - Permanent Donator. /donate in game. See Donator below.
- Donator - Dark Blue Name - Has access to //set, //sphere and similar worldedit commands in the creative world, can access Donator-only text chat on discord, can join the server with priority in queue, has access to /kit stonetools and /kit moretorches. /donate in game.
- Regular - Green Name - 3+ hours of playtime.
- Newbie - White Name - New player.
- Unicorn - Pink Name - No-build mode, a punishment for pestering the mods.
