Prioritized todo:
- wait for SSD to arrive (probably 2021-12-14?), bring to server (by Friday I hope), re-silver RAID mirror, then offline second failed SSD and RMA.
- order new RAM (remember to get form factor when cracking open machine)
- move minecraft VM to node3
- move minecraft-smp to new VM hosted on node4, configure bungee to point at that
- make the server map pull live minecraft-smp VM data, then render map
- move to 1.18 (all prep tasks completed, ready to go, waiting on above & for Paper to update)
- install and test https://www.spigotmc.org/resources/wuufus-waygates-1-13-1-18.80094/
- allow new players (lottery? Spectator/unicorn rank? Could turn off world modification and allow unicorns to /warp)
- discuss donator accounts - how do we stop donators from becoming the entire server? Does it really matter?
