Prioritized todo:
- Some kind of portal plugin.
- Review PremiumVanish permissions.
- spectator mode: good. Not happy about mods using it to xray for stuff/explore new chunks
- no flight in vanish? use spectator mode?
- flight should disable when unvanished
- no building/destroying while vanished
- join/leave should not generate messages
more general questions:
- pass at runecraft perms
- we need some kind of consistent runecraft policy, what is allowed and isn't
