Prioritized todo:
- move minecraft-smp to new VM hosted on node4, configure bungee to point at that
- new VM will be running 1.18, so we can back out easily
- make the server map pull live minecraft-smp VM data, then render map
- created a head dupe bug, you can pull items off its "gui"
- allow new players
- start by allowing players that have SOME play time but under the "regular" promotion threshold
- lottery?
- Application process? Intake X players per week, send notifications, have a signup sheet, maybe slave it to the queue wait time metrics
- Spectator/unicorn rank?
- Could turn off world modification and allow unicorns to /warp.
- Daily noob hour- kick everyone out and let 20 unicorns in to run wild for an hour
- spin off separate "tourism" server, perhaps with physics turned off & chat disabled
- Automated tours? /tp, sleep, repeat
more general questions:
- discuss donator accounts - how do we stop donators from becoming the entire server? Does it really matter?
- pass at runecraft perms
- reality master - allows you to create blocks from energy. How much? Can you burn cheap stuff and make expensive stuff trivially?
