Prioritized todo:
- Some kind of portal plugin.
- Review PremiumVanish permissions.
- spectator mode: good on balance probably.
- Not happy about mods using it to xray for stuff/explore new chunks.
- possible to limit it to a range around a target player?
- no flight in vanish? use spectator mode?
- flight should disable when unvanished
- no building/destroying while vanished
- join/leave should not generate messages
