Admin Tickets for Admin Attention

Perms

  • player ranks don't have perms for /me
  • donator rank lacks perms for /discord unlink

Plugins

  • /kit does not show donator+ kits in nether or end
  • dispensers cannot use flint&steel (needed for portal lighting)
  • ia toggle fix
  • Black stained pane fix - can /give them and place them but not move in inventory.
